You choose the course to suit you needs and goals, we provide the rest. Our Hands-On-Training Course takes place at our training facility in Warminster, PA. You’ll benefit from Carmen’s 35+ years of experience and will leave the training confident that you can make the best Italian Ice and authentic Italian Gelato. You’ll use our award winning recipes and formulas that have made Carmen the absolute expert.
Who should take this training?
If you are considering opening your own Italian Ice and/or Gelato Shop you will want to take this course to get a better idea what the business entails. The manual will also provide detailed information that will help you make an educated decision about entering the business.

You’ll also receive a DVD of the hands-on section of the training to help you review the information when you’re ready to open your store. We realize that there may be a time span from the hands-on-training to the start up of your store so the DVD will take the pressure off your memory and be a handy review when you need it.
You will also receive a total of 3 hours of consultation with the “King of Frozen Desserts”, Carmen himself.
After you’ve attended the training and read through the manual, you may have some additional questions. Carmen can assist you with questions concerning the store location, floor layout and store design, machinery purchasing, machinery installation, machinery operation, and really.... just about any question you may have concerning Italian Ice and Gelato. Carmen’s there to get you on the way to opening your own business. Many of our trainees have continued to consult with Carmen long after their stores are up and running because he really knows his stuff. You may purchase additional consultation time with Carmen after you’ve used the first 3 hours that are included in your course package.
